I came in USA to achieve success and to follow my passion for cooking. At the age of 15 I started working as a dishwasher in an Italian restaurant. I was impressed by the Chef, his recipes and details to the dishes presentation.
I spend most of my life inside a kitchen, cooking for my customers and thinking what to prepare next. I am happy when my customers are happy.
